Formed in 1990 Technical Foam Services Ltd. has established an enviable reputation for designing, developing and manufacturing an expansive range of high quality, engineering-biased, innovative rubber and foam products for customers in a wide variety of industries around the globe.
At our headquarters in the very heart of England in Corby, Northamptonshire, we operate state-of-the-art conversion and manufacturing facilities from where we supply customers across the UK, Europe and beyond, with a vast range of custom and standard flexible foam products for a multitude of applications.
With an experienced team of in-house engineers we design and manufacture tooling and custom machinery to produce bespoke foam and rubber products to meet our customers' precise requirements. Working with our clients, our engineers are involved at every stage of the process, from the original concept, design and development through prototyping and testing to manufacture and production.
