As a well-established and highly respected name in the foam conversion industry, we have forged tremendous links with the world's leading foam suppliers and as a result we have access to many more specialised foams in a wide range of grades, which include black foams for case inserts.
As a result, we can supply high quality black PU, which can be die cut to produce foam case inserts, as well as black Plastazote polyethylene which is generally routed to create precision closed-cell foam inserts.
The fabric of a good insert
We also understand that sometimes our customers want even more choice beyond the black and grey foams we supply, and to offer the widest possible choice we also manufacture bonded fabric foam case inserts to enable us to offer a palette of colour options, and design possibilities.
By bonding fabrics - usually brush nylons - to the foam before cutting, we can produce case insert foams in a wide range of colours such as red, blue and green, that are a perfect fit and truly eye-catching.
