PE foams - durable and strong
Made from high-density polyethylene (PE) foams such as Plastazote, Jiffycell and Stratocell, our PE packaging foam products are the material of choice when a high level of protection is required.
With a range of densities and colours, including black conductive and pink anti-static foams, PE foams are easy to cut to any shape, durable, hydrophobic and re-usable; therefore, they are ideal for fragile goods such as electronic equipment and components.
Polyurethane packaging foams
At Technical Foam Services, we maintain a large inventory of flexible polyurethane foams (both polyether and polyester) for packaging goods, spanning a wide range of colours, grades, thicknesses and firmness, which includes:
- Chipfoam - also known as reconstituted foam, is formed from pieces of scrap PU, which is bonded together. Available in a range of densities, it is an effective and extremely economical solution for a wide range of packaging requirements
- Egg-crate foam - is a polyether foam cut on a special machine to create an overlapping shape that is highly effective in packaging.
